You can pay for your bookings in advance with your Pay Pal account or by a wire transfer. We also provide you the option to pay for your booking in cash once you get to final destination point.
Where do you pick me up at the airport?
The driver will be picking you up at the arrivals gate, with a welcoming board having your name on it.
My flight is delayed ?
In case your flight delay is less than 30 minutes, no additional fees will be charged. However, if your flight delay is higher than 30 minutes, we can not guarantee the execution of your booking.
Cancel my reservation
In case you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your trip, we will refund you 100% of the amount paid. However, if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your trip, we will refund only 50% of the amount paid.
Your flight was canceled on the day of the booking?
If your flight was cancelled on the same day - no refund is possible as we are not responsible for the airline companies.
I am flying with a child and I would like him to travel safely in a baby chair, do you provide it?
The security of our clients is our main priority. Please let us know during the booking if you require a baby seat, so we could guarantee this service.
